Lost Future? A treasure from the FUTURESPY archives...

A treasure from the archives recently recovered: In 1967, the producers of X-06 FUTURESPY were asked to contribute a very short entry on the subject of space exploration for an educational LP record intended for school children. With a brief to be highly aspirational, X-06 recounted the history of space travel from his perspective of being a citizen of the future – it was all ancient history to him. The short track skilfully avoids answering the question of who eventually won the space race – which in 1967 was far from predictable...

Available to order from next week

X-06: FUTURESPY will be made available to order from next week. Come back here then or subscribe for more details. 111 pages, containing 3 short spy-fi thrillers. I see them as novelisations of episodes of a lost TV show, but they work as short stories just as well. The book is self-published and will be available through LULU at the lowest price I can set it at. This is my lockdown project, and I’m making it available in order to share it with likeminded 60’s telefantasy fans like myself, rather than having the aim of becoming a rich and successful author (As if!). So I would appreciate as many ‘shares’ as possible - those of you who have already liked or shared the details of this project have my gratitude!
